I have also felt that I musn’t be a ‘real writer’ because I haven’t been diligently keeping diaries or journals since I was eleven, and I didn’t write my first novel at eight, like so many authors seem to these days! So thank you for the inspiring and reassuring thought that a real author like yourself has successfully overcome similarly uninspired beginnings. 🙂 K x
